Premiere Hotel

The completion of the internship training certificated 

Everyday i also need to checking the hygiene of the table and arrange the table setting  

In very night i was doing the restaurant sale report.

I have chooses my Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Foodservice Management (Hons), 3 Years first internship at Premiere hotel Klang. Premiere hotel is part of the WCT land property. I am a certificate student. This internship is my 5th internship I have gone through. The last time I had transportation problem so my internship main concerns is that it have accommodation given for me to stay. That why my previous two internships are in Langkawi and Penang. But this time I choose Premiere hotel, is because I plan to when finish the internship I would like to applied job from the hotel.

The learning experience i could have at Premiere hotel is to improve my management skill, communication skill and services skill. In F&B service as I was afraid to communication to the guest I would like to improve my communication skill and knowledge of menu. Either then that, my English is very weak and I wish to improve my English by communication with my superior and guest.
