This is the certificated of training completion in Le Meridien KL

September 2012 i being training in Le Meridien KL for 2 months, in this two month i have training in kitchen department which is Prime kitchen (is steak house), Pastry kitchen, butcher, and Favola ( italian kitchen).  I spend two weeks time in each department.  In Prime kitchen i was learn how to grill, to know different type of meat, doneness  of meat catch in every single time. In Prime kitchen i also learn make sauce, kofta ( meatballs of lamb).
After in prime kitchen two weeks i went to pastry kitchen, in pastry kitchen i go to bakery department first , in bakery i learn to make doughnut, bread stick, and etc. After a week i went to pastry side , at pastry i learn to make dessert, ice cream , filling and etc. After pastry i when to butcher department, i butcher was learn to debone fish, trim the meat , making burger patty,and etc.
 Then i went to the last department which is Favola, in Favola i was standing in the pizza station and pasta station, in this two station i was learning a lot , which is making pizza , home make pasta, and etc. In the operation department , communication skill was very important , because if got one person whose giving wrong order , it was mess up the hold thing, and will received guest complaint, so that kitchen team and FnB team they need to be have a very strong relationship in between.
